What is mobile personal training?
A personal trainer specialises in assisting people exercise, being mobile means we come to you. We don’t have to support the high cost of gym equipment and renting a space, so, not only we convenient, we are also relatively cheap to hire.
Where do we train our clients?
We train you wherever you want, wherever you feel comfortable or any place that is convenient. We train clients in their home, back or front yard, the local park or oval, beach, or workplace.
What are the benefits of mobile personal training?
Time. Don’t bother wasting time driving to the gym, or trying to look you best getting ready for the gym. If you are the bust type, save your time, and let us come to you.
Cheap. No recurring gym fees. Most gyms want to sign you onto a contract for 12 months, this won’t happen at ABC Personal Fitness. You pay only for the training you get.
Safety. Be coached through every exercise and movement, make sure you are moving in the correct way, not only for maximum benefit to prevent injury. Poor form or incorrect movement is the main source of injury when exercising.
Motivation. You are much more likely to work out to your maximum potential if you are coached, and you are paying someone specifically to push you to your potential. This is the fastest way to get to your health and fitness goals.
Surety. Gyms can be very intimidating and confusing, even for the experienced. It is very easy to be intimidated when going to the gym. There are people lifting heavy weights, grunting and sweating over all the benches, and equipment. You think that everyone is watching you and checking out, sniggering at less weight lifted, or speed on the treadmill. This is not a problem with your personal trainer, we are there to coach you towards increased performance on each session, although we will offer advice, we are never judgmental, always encouraging.
