I have always enjoyed exercise and how good the feeling is after a hard workout, and now I get to do it professionally. Personal training is not a job to me, it’s my life’s calling, and i can’t image ever wanting to do anything else.
I like to train myself most days of the week, for strength and conditioning, with some cardio every now and again for good measure.
I get a real buzz from seeing my clients feel happy within themselves once they start seeing the results my training provides.
